ONTARIO, CA- June 15th is a significant date in the Rivas home. It was on that date in 1996 two aspiring entrepreneurs, Eddie & Daisy Rivas, opened the doors to their first Pro Image Sports store. It was a sweet moment of nostalgia to reminisce, as the final touches were being put on the store before the grand re-opening of Pro Image Sports in Ontario Mills.
Daisy’s extraordinary organization and management allowed for two stores to be opened in a week.
It is a laborious task moving and setting a new store, and the Ontario Mills opening comes less than a week after the Rivas clan, and their devoted employees, went through the same routine opening a sparkling newly built store at Westfield Santa Anita in Arcadia.
To celebrate 19 years in business, all seven Pro Image Sports stores owned by the Rivas family had a mannequin decked out in an original store uniform.
If you happen to drop by one of their seven locations in the Los Angeles area you may notice an original Pro Image jersey made in the early 90’s celebrating their 19th year in business.
