KILLEEN, TX- The Solis brothers were raised in the same town as Ft. Hood, one of the largest military bases in the country. They have enjoyed success operating a store in the Killeen Mall and jumped on the opportunity to open a store in a new wing of the annex on the base. They are celebrating their Grand Opening this weekend.
“We think this is going to be great,” said Ben Solis. “A lot of our customers come from the base already, and this is one more way to build our brand and connect with them.”
Ben and brother Joey now have five stores in operation in central Texas. Although opening on a military base is not standard for our franchise, with over 50,000 people on the base this is an example of when our concept makes sense outside of our traditional shopping center. This marks the second Pro Image Sports store to open on a military base, with the first being on Ft. Meade in Maryland.
